From the desk of Erin Morra, President: If I had to sum up 2025 in one word, it would be credibility.
Last year reinforced something fundamental for us: creativity only matters when it builds something meaningful and credible. It’s not creativity for creativity’s sake; it’s creativity that drives relevance, responsibility, and trust.
2025 challenged us globally, culturally, and professionally. Those challenges forced us to be more thoughtful, more aware of the world around us, and more responsible in how we show up, both as an agency and as partners to our clients.
Our Clients’ Problems Are Our Problems
What made 2025 a defining year for PRAXIS was how deeply we continued to embed ourselves in our clients’ businesses. We focused on making one thing clear: their problems are our problems.
That meant true immersion, strong counsel, and sound judgment.
There were moments where it would have been easy to execute something cheap and cheerful or a stunt that just captured brief attention. Instead, we chose patience and thoughtfulness- helping clients navigate uncharted territory in ways that kept them safe, relevant, and credible.
We treated their business like our business. That’s what a real partnership looks like.
A Year That Demanded Adaptability
2025 unfolded in ways no one could have predicted. It demanded more adaptability than I ever expected- from leadership and from the entire team.
Coming out of it, we’re clearer than ever on where we add the most value: doing the right things for clients in challenging times, with credibility at the center of everything.
That clarity matters.
Where We Delivered the Most Impact
Public relations has evolved and so have we.
PR isn’t just media relations (surprise!). For us, it exists within a credibility ecosystem that includes media, experiences, creators, content, social, and brand storytelling. Every touchpoint needs to drive relevance and trust.
That’s how we help clients see PR not as a tactic, but as a strategic lever within their broader marketing mix.
The Clients We’re Built to Serve
One of the biggest takeaways from 2025 was recognizing where our experience truly shines.
We saw strong momentum working with clients in highly regulated and complex industries, including online gaming and beverage alcohol, where senior counsel, sound judgment, and deep business understanding aren’t optional.
These are spaces where knowing when to push, when to pull back, and how to set clear guardrails matters. PRAXIS is built to help brands operate confidently where credibility isn’t just valuable, it’s essential.
Culture, Capability, and Client Service
Delivering best-in-class work starts internally.
In 2025, we evolved our skill sets and fully adopted AI across our workflows. Not to replace human thinking, but to help us work smarter, faster, and more effectively. At the same time, we continued to invest in developing our people and sharing our perspective on how technology and human judgment intersect.
Client service also became a defining focus.
If I were choosing an agency, I wouldn’t start with who has the most creative ideas. I’d look for an agency I trust. One that feels just as invested in my success as I am. That trust comes from experience, recommendation, and the ability to handle complex issues with care.
At PRAXIS, our philosophy is simple: clients should be able to sleep at night knowing we’re on their business.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Despite the noise, competition, and unpredictability of the world, I’ve never felt more optimistic.
We’re going back to the roots of public relations: educating, building trust, and helping brands clearly articulate why they matter, why they should be chosen, and why they should be believed.
As an independent agency, PRAXIS is uniquely positioned, deeply dialed into culture, grounded in human insight, and fluent in how to optimize technology without losing perspective.
That’s the momentum we’re carrying forward and what excites me most about what’s ahead.
