WORK TIME REVOLUTION
WORK TIME REVOLUTION NORTH AMERICAN LAUNCH
Work Time Revolution (WTR), born from leaders in the four-day work week movement, aims to bolster productivity & efficiency while redefining work-life balance with customizable shorter work week implementation strategies.
WTR selected Canada for its headquarters due to its conducive environment for implementing progressive workplace policies. PRAXIS conducted a thorough brand positioning exercise to refine WTR’s messaging and identify target demographics. The strategy focused on highlighting WTR’s broad spectrum of customizable work time revolution solutions, including flexible schedules and shortened workdays, beyond the conventional four-day week.
Armed with this new positioning, PRAXIS launched an awareness and lead-generation campaign, comprised of a robust mass PR initiative to build brand awareness and a precision-targeted digital marketing campaign aimed at engaging decision-makers across North America. Key elements included strategic media relations to position WTR as a thought leader, a LinkedIn campaign tailored to attract high-value contracts and a customized lead generation strategy to bring forward-thinking leaders into WTR’s sales funnel.
- Brand Positioning + Target Audience: Developed core key messages, taglines and communication frameworks. Identified target demographics and segmented services effectively.
- National & Targeted Media Relations: Secured 47 pieces of coverage with 12,010,200 impressions, featuring in Financial Post and CBC.
